By accessing this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

    Upon agreement, permission is granted to access Grit Leadership’s website for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing and usage only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  6. Governing Law and Venue; Legal Disputes
    Any claim relating to Grit Leadership’s website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For all disputes between Grit Leadership and You or any other person arising from, connected with or relating to the website, these Terms and Conditions, transactions facilitated or conducted through the website, dealings between You and Grit Leadership, or any related matters or any legal relationship associated therewith or derived therefrom (“Disputes”), the relevant parties will attempt to find a reasonable solution least onerous to the parties. If a Dispute cannot be resolved by the parties, then the Dispute must be resolved before the Courts of Kent County, Michigan, and you hereby irrevocably submit and agree to the original and exclusive jurisdiction of those courts in respect of all Disputes. Proceedings regarding disputes must be commenced in a court of competent jurisdiction in the County of Kent, Michigan, USA within six (6) months after the Dispute arose, after which time any and all proceedings regarding the Dispute are barred. Any shorter time limit provided by statute law remains unaffected. This section shall survive indefinitely after the termination of this agreement.
  7. Indemnification for Your Actions

You are responsible for the information, documents, images, content, etc. that you upload or create using this website. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Grit Leadership from any and all claims, investigations, lawsuits, damages, attorney fees, court costs, and the like arising out of your use of this website. You will promptly provide competent legal defense upon written notification by Grit Leadership of an indemnification obligation.
